Go to linkBATH & STILL is all about 'slow soap' - natural cold process soap made with care and attention using beautiful fragrances and skin-caring ingredients...
Our soaps are fragranced with generous amounts of pure essential oils in unique and unusual blends. We use some of the most prized essential oils, including rose geranium, the top grades of ylang ylang, and true French lavender. We don't use colourants, though some of our essential oils, such as our Sweet Orange, give a gentle natural hue.
We use traditional methods to hand make our soaps - small batch, cold-processed and cured for at least four weeks (or six months in the case of our super-mild castile soaps). Soap making is a science, but also an alchemy. It takes time and experience to create the perfect bar that is mild, long-lasting and lathers beautifully.
We are uncompromising in the principle of 'Do no Harm', so our products are vegan, palm oil-free, GM-free, synthetic-free, involve no harm to animals, no child or animal labour, and use essential oils that come from sustainable sources. The packaging is plastic-free, 70% recycled and 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
ABOUT Emma~ SOAPMAKER

I am inspired by the beautiful landscapes and historic buildings of Somerset. Everything I do refers back to a love of traditional handcrafting skills, the care and attention of a truly handmade natural product; I consider myself a custodian of the ancient art of soap making. In addition to soap making, I can also be found tending my skep beehives and free range bantam hens.
I am proud to have met the craft and cosmetic safety standards to be a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
SOAP SCHOOL
