UK Postage and packaging
We charge postage and packaging at cost.
Default postage is Royal Mail Second Class Small/Medium Parcel:
Flat-rate charge of £3.85 - no matter how much you buy, and with no minimum order.
Optional choices at check out are:
Royal Mail First Class £4.55
Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm £9.80 (Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 2.30pm. Orders after 2.30pm may be posted the next working day)
We are currently only shipping within the UK (not Northern Ireland). Please enquire using the Contact Form for further information.
We use Royal Mail for all our postal delivery services. However, we retain the right to alter these shipping methods should the need arise.
Orders are dispatched from Monday - Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working dayS, with delivery from 2 - 5 working days of despatch, depending on your chosen service.
Please note, delivery times are subject to both local and national conditions and issues effecting the carrier service. At present, delivery times are subject to disruption (30.01.21)
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. In any case, delivery will be made within 30 days after the date we accept your order. If there are delays in the delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party then Bath and Still will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and, provided we do this, we will not be liable for such delay. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract and will be entitled to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
ReturnS & Exchange Policy
We offer a no-quibble returns policy for items returned unopened where we have been notified within 14 days of receipt. These items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were supplied. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please notify us at email@example.com or via the Contact Form, quoting your order number, before returning the items. Please return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Ensure you pack your item carefully, and we recommend you use a tracked service for your own peace of mind. Please note, the cost of return postage is borne by the customer. The original outward postage cost and the price of the goods will be refunded by Bath & Still within 14 days of our receipt of your returned goods and proof of original purchase.
*Please note items purchased as part of a set can only be accepted back as a full set.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Bath and Still, however, we offer a full refund or exchange on faulty items if returned within 6 months. Please contact us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Contact Form, quoting your order number and with proof of purchase, stating whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
If the item and its packaging has been damaged in transit, we would be very grateful if you could take a photograph of the damaged goods/packaging.
Please return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Ensure you pack your item carefully, and we recommend you use a tracked service for your own peace of mind. Please note, the cost of return postage is borne by the customer, but if the item is found to be faulty, this cost will be refunded with the original outward postage and the price of the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Refunds for faulty goods can only be made to the original purchaser.
Goods bought in a Sale or on Special Offer, will be refunded at the reduced Offer price and not at full price.
Goods will be refunded at the original price paid, regardless of whether the cost of the goods has increased in our Shop
